Job sites looking to charge candidates for extras...

A sign that it is an employer's market and that the job sites are struggling to find new revenue streams amid falling job postings... I just got an email from Dice.com hawking their new "premium" service for job seekers...
"In the world of tech jobs, you want any advantage that can help you separate yourself from the competition. Introducing Dice Advantage; the new premium resume service from Dice. Membership lets you see the specific employers that have viewed your resume, while also increasing your relevance and highlighting your profile in employer searches. Plans start as low as $19.99."
It used to be that it was off-limits by company policy at most job sites to charge candidates for anything. Guess that is out the window now.
